Your investment is pooled together with other investors’ funds. Then we use that pool of funds to finance real estate mortgages. The borrowers of these mortgages make payments back to the company. At the end of each year, Financial Key Mortgage Corporation undergoes a thorough financial audit and then pays 100% of its net profit (after all expenses) out to its investors in the form of dividends. You can choose to accept a cash payment or reinvest your earnings for compounding returns.

Financial Key has been operating since January 14, 2009.

Our minimum investment is $5,000.

Shares can be held in Personal Non-Registered Accounts, Corporate Non-Registered Accounts, Tax-Free Savings Accounts, RRSPs, Spousal RRSPs and RRIFs.

Our target yield is 6%-8% annually and we have either met or exceeded our target yield every year since inception.

Our annual returns are paid in the form of dividends which are declared and issued within 90 days of our October 31st year end. The dividends can be taken as cash payments or reinvested for compounding returns.
